Exchange policy and Warranty
PopSpot does not accept any returns and refund purchase made at PopSpot. PopSpot reserves the right to issue exchanges if a purchase is defective or unusable. An exchange for a defective or unusable item must be made within 7 days after purchase (calculated from the date of purchase), otherwise it will not be accepted. Exchanges will only be accepted upon showing of the original payment receipt, photo of the item which was originally purchased by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Discounted purchases made at PopSpot cannot be exchanged. Items purchased through a non-approved distributor, such as an unofficial website are not eligible for exchange.
Vendor is responsible for warranty of the products and to bare any delivery costs for returned goods and sending product replaced.
